Olive Wellness is a mobile, concierge primary care and wellness practice designed for clinicians who value time, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.

We provide cash-pay, patient-centered primary care and wellness services that prioritize prevention, lifestyle medicine, and whole-person health — without the constraints of insurance-driven care.

Our model is intentionally small, high-touch, and relationship-based, allowing clinicians to practice thoughtfully, collaboratively, and without rushing.

Who We Partner With

We partner with experienced clinicians and select wellness professionals who are aligned with a prevention-forward, concierge approach to care, including:

• Registered Nurses (RN’s)

All roles are patient-centered, high-touch, and focused on long-term health outcomes rather than volume-based care.

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible, concierge-based primary care outside of traditional insurance models.

  • We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is interested in integrative, preventive, or lifestyle-focused care and is excited by a flexible, concierge-style practice model. This role is ideal for an NP looking to step away from traditional insurance-based care and spend meaningful time with patients.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide telehealth visits and occasional in-home visits for preventive and primary care services

    • Conduct comprehensive wellness evaluations and ongoing health monitoring

    • Review and interpret lab results; collaborate on care plans

    • Provide lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive health counseling within scope

    • Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when appropriate

    • Collaborate with registered nurses and health coaches as part of an integrated care team

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    Schedule & Structure

    • Part-time, flexible schedule

    • Typical commitment: 2–8 hours per week

    • Visits are generally scheduled in focused blocks

    • Cash-pay concierge model (no insurance billing)

    Compensation

    • $120–$180 per hour, depending on experience

    • Contract-based (1099) role

    • Per-visit and telehealth work available

    Qualifications

    • Active Nurse Practitioner license (MD, DC, and/or VA preferred)

    • Experience or interest in preventive, integrative, or lifestyle medicine

    • Comfortable with telehealth platforms

    • Strong communication and patient education skills

    • Collaborative, thoughtful, and patient-centered approach

    • Experience in concierge or cash-pay models is a plus (not required)

  • We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our concierge wellness services, including IV hydration, vitamin injections, lab draws, and nursing concierge care. This role is ideal for an RN with strong clinical judgment who values autonomy, professionalism, and meaningful patient interaction outside of traditional bedside or high-volume clinical settings.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform IV hydration therapy and intramuscular vitamin injections in accordance with established protocols and medical oversight

    • Perform venipuncture and lab specimen collection with high accuracy and professionalism

    • Conduct patient intake, health screening, and vitals assessment

    • Monitor patients during and after treatments; recognize and respond to adverse reactions

    • Provide patient education on treatments, wellness services, and aftercare

    • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

    • Support mobile, in-home, and pop-up wellness events as needed

    • Collaborate closely with providers, medical directors, and wellness team members

    Schedule & Structure

    • Contract (1099) role

    • Flexible, part-time schedule

    • Shifts may include scheduled concierge visits, mobile services, and wellness events

    • Opportunity for recurring weekly or monthly work based on availability and performance

    Compensation

    • Competitive hourly and per-visit rates, commensurate with experience

    • Paid per service, event, or shift depending on assignment

    Qualifications

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (MD preferred; DC/VA a plus)

    • Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience

    • Background in ER, ICU, infusion, or outpatient clinic settings strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture and lab draws

    • Comfortable working independently in mobile and concierge settings

    • Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and attention to detail

    • Professional, calm, and patient-centered demeanor

    • Experience in IV therapy or concierge wellness is a plus (training may be provided)
